1. Regular inspection
1.1. Daily check:
(1) Oil level check: check the oil level of gear box and bearing box, too much oil level of gear box and bearing box, oil temperature will rise; too low oil level will cause poor lubrication of gears and bearings.
(2) Temperature Check: Check the temperature of each part with a thermometer.
(3) Motor load inspection: measuring motor load with power meter or current and voltmeter.
1.2, monthly check: tension of coupling elastomer or triangular tape.
1.3, quarterly inspection; Whether the lubricating oil in the gearbox is deteriorated or not.
1.4. Semi-annual inspection:
(1) Whether the lubricating oil in the bearing box of the front cover deteriorates.
(2) Whether the mechanical seal is damaged or not.
1.5. Check every year:
(1) Whether the bearing is worn or not.
(2) Whether the piston ring and piston ring bushing are worn or not.
(3) Whether the micro-wear of gears has an effect on the normal operation of the rotor needs to be adjusted.
2. Attentions for disassembly and assembly: Roots vacuum pump should be disassembled and reassembled according to the following precautions:
2.1 Before disassembly, the clearances of the main and driven rotor parts must be measured and recorded.
2.2. When disassembling, it is necessary to avoid hammering parts directly with heavy hammer. The disassembled parts should not be bruised, and should be cleaned and properly kept.
2.3. The reasons and circumstances for the replacement of the parts to be replaced are recorded in detail.
2.4 Before reassembly, all assembly parts must be burred and cleaned.
2.5. The static sealing plane without gasket or sealing ring is sealed with "106" silicone rubber coating. The rubber seals used for static sealing can be coated with vacuum grease.
2.6 The clearance of the main and driven rotors can be adjusted according to the clearance before the dismantling of the pump.
2.7. Leakage test must be carried out after all are installed.
2.8. After reinstallation, commissioning and necessary performance testing should be carried out before normal operation.
3. Pump disassembly steps:
Before removing the pump, drain the accumulated water in the pump and lubricating oil in the tank and cut off the main power supply.
3.1. Remove the fixed end:
1) Loosen the fastener between the motor and the motor connecting frame, then unload, refuel plug, lower motor and motor connecting frame.
2) Remove the shaft seal (mechanical seal) pressure cap, the oil retaining disc, the garden nut and the shaft seal pressure cap.
3) Remove the seals of the mechanical seals; (Replace the piston ring seats of the mechanical seals and install the new active shaft of the mechanical seals after 1-3 steps. );
4) Remove the front cover; (Replace the whole set of mechanical seals, after completing 1-4 steps of piston ring, install new mechanical seals. ) Balanced mechanical seals
5) Loosen the round nut and oil disc for the shaft; Bearing cap and ball bearing.
6) Remove bearing cap; front cap, front cap and drain plug.
7) Remove the bearing cap and bearing from the end cap (replace the bearing).
Press out protective sleeve;
Pull out the rotor and dismantle the pump.
If Roots vacuum pump with bypass valve is used, the pressure cap of bypass valve should be removed, the valve head of bypass valve should be taken out, and the movement of the guide sleeve and the hole of the valve head should be checked for flexibility and reliability of the sealing ring.
4. Pump loading steps:
Before loading the pump, all parts should be cleaned and burrs removed. Attention should be paid to the sealing surface should not be oiled.
1) Put a pair of rotors into the pump body, pay attention to the position of the long and short axis rotors, and insert a plug ruler in this position.
2) Apply a thin layer of 106 silicone rubber evenly on the contact plane between the end cap and the pump body at both ends, and tighten the screws.
3) Install piston ring and piston ring bushing and oil shield, and adjust the schematic diagram of rotor clearance.
Install bearing seat, bearing and bearing locking nut and bearing pressure cap (the original removal adjustment gasket is placed in place under the fixed end bearing seat, and the bearing seat is fastened);
Silicone rubber and tighten the front cover;
Roots vacuum pump with bypass valve shall be equipped with relief valve head and pressure cap.
After installing the mechanical seal cap, the coupling is installed on the active shaft. The manual disc-driven coupling should rotate flexibly and not be stuck. Finally, the motor connecting frame and motor are installed. If it is possible to test the air tightness of the pump, the dry air of 0.2-0.3 MPa can be injected into the pump, and soap liquid is applied on the sealing surfaces to check whether there is air leakage. After installing the oil discharging bolts, the pump is refuelled, and the oil level is generally about 3/4 of the oil window. Connect the power cord, the water pipe and the air inlet cap of the pump. Start the pump, pay attention to steering, if necessary, test the performance of the pump.
