Water enters the hydraulic system for the following reasons:

4、 Solutions and precautions.

1. The most effective way to prevent water from entering into the hydraulic system is to keep all parts of the hydraulic system in good sealing condition.
2. Always open the drain valve at the bottom of the oil tank before operation every day to drain the water at the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank.
3. In the process of operation, avoid high temperature rise of the system, high temperature will also lead to faster emulsification of hydraulic oil.
4. Closely monitor the hydraulic oil pollution caused by the leakage of the hydraulic system, such as the leakage of the boom oil cylinder and the oil rod of the main oil cylinder, which will also lead to water or other pollutants into the oil cylinder.
5. Change the hydraulic oil, filter element and clean the hydraulic oil tank regularly. If no specific problem is found, it can only be done. After all, if the problem of hydraulic oil causes damage to hydraulic components, it is also a common thing.
